The heating rate is approximately 1.5°C to 2.5°C (3°F - 5°F) per hour, depending on the ambient temperature. We recommend using the insulating cover during heating to speed up the process and save energy.

Not at all. The iPOOLGO features a dual filtration system. You simply need to rinse or replace the filter cartridges regularly (every 1-2 weeks depending on use) and use standard pool chemicals (like chlorine or bromine tabs) to keep the water safe and clear.

The square design offers more legroom than round models. It comfortably fits 4 adults with plenty of space, but it can accommodate up to 6 people for a cozy social session.

Yes! The iPOOLGO is designed for year-round use. The heating system can maintain a steady 40°C (104°F) even when it’s cold outside. However, we recommend not leaving the tub empty in freezing temperatures to protect the material.
